  Had an agent who never returned my phone calls, told me to consult my r/e attorney on every question. I waited 5 months for new owners to meet all their contingencies and I got 30 days to remove 7 bedrooms and 20 years of living there to get out. Then I receive an email that was so rude, I don't knowx where to start the day before closing. SHEILA Cooper is the agent of great falls,Va. .Her broker is Lisa Kutede- PenFed /Brookshire Hathaway Realty of Reston and Great Falls. Stay far away as they do not care about you, strictly the commission. They will also low ball your house to sell quickly
