  I had insurance but through kaiser. I saw kaiser but they couldn't unblock my tearduct, I felt they did not possess the proper the skill. So I came back to doctor chow and paid out of pocket. This was my second episode but I had no choice but to try my insurance first for obvious reasons; my first time was also taken care of by Doctor Chow but I had BCBS back then. In the end, I went ouside of kaiser to get the professional help I needed. Doctor chow was able to unblock the tear duct and it was a huge relief. I Guess sometimes it's worth going with a pro even if it means paying out of pocket. So grateful because it hurt and if I hadn't gone to see him, I'm sure the infection would have gotten worse.
