  My husband and I were moving and of course we needed to get the carpet cleaned. Joe who is the owner of OnTime Carpet Cleaning was late for his appointment. His equipment was used/old, does not steam, and he does not use solution but just hot water from my kitchen sink. During his time at the house when he cleaned the carpet he taken several smoke breaks with the 1 hour job. When he finished he told us to stay off the carpet until it dry so we paid him. We came back the next day to do a walk through with the owner and notice the carpet that was clean less then 24 hours ago was still dirty. We contacted Joe and he accused us of the dirty carpet and refuse to give us an refund. I would not recommend this company I would take my busy to a more established company. OnTime Carpet Cleaning is not licensed. If you do decide to use this company I would do a thorough walk through with him before you give him payment.
