  My first experience with this crew was great! They took the time to listen to all my requests, help me order a bike that suited my needs and were fun and friendly.
  
  Then once my bike arrived for pickup, I received DAILY phone calls that weren’t friendly (JEREMY I believe) to remind me they were moving and telling me to pickup my bike, including awkward hang ups. When I say daily, I mean EVERY day for five days straight and the most awkward voicemails. Not sure how I feel continuing to support this store and recommending them to friends. Very strange experience.
