  If you are one of the unfortunate residents to have a balcony or live above or below a unit with a balcony, get ready for a surprise. If it is a little breezy outside (and this building gets a lot of wind due to its height, location, and the lack of surrounding buildings), your residential experience will be accompanied by short bursts (from 5 to 10 seconds) of vibration sound that never seems to end. And I am not just talking about a light noise. You can actually hear it from any room in your unit, even while taking a shower. So it will interrupt your sleep and many other activities that any normal person would prefer to do without a background noise that sounds like someone is vacuuming right above.
  Yes, there are good things about this building. It is nice inside the building and units. There is a really nice gym. Most of the front-desk staff is good. Metro is steps away. There is a Starbucks right outside, and more restaurant options are coming very soon. BUT, if I can't sleep, all of the above is absolutely useless. We have been told that a "solution" is in the works, but our sleep keeps getting interrupted night after night. And more ridiculously, we have even been told that there are plans to build other buildings around this one and that should help with blocking the wind. Yes, we are definitely looking forward to the construction noise and dust in place of the wind noise.
