  The clothes I purchased here were expensive and did not fit well. To their credit, they offered free adjustments, but after two such modifications, the jacket still did not sit right on my shoulders. Normally I wouldn't be so picky, but I had understood that these were "custom" items that were supposed to fit perfectly, and they didn't. Worst of all, though, is the CONSTANT BARRAGE OF SPAM that they have sent me since my initial visit. I get junk mail from them all the time, and whatever technology they use to send it is effective at avoiding Microsoft Outlook's built-in junk-mail tools. I mark their emails as junk all the time, yet somehow they keep coming through, ensuring that I will never visit this place again. Guys: NO ONE WANTS YOUR SPAM EMAILS! STOP IT! :-( Anyway, my advice to new customers (of course) is: whatever you do, don't give them your email address.
